Oct 5 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service says that Woolworths Limited "Woolworths" A3 rating and stable outlook are unaffected by its announcement that it intends to de-merge a portfolio of property assets into a separately listed and externally managed vehicle, Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group "SCA Property Group" (unrated).
