* $550M bank debt financing
* Says agreed to refinance debt and signed a new facility for a total of $550
million
* Arrangement will allow co to refinance its existing $150 million revolver,
and about $30 million of asset finance facilities
* Arrangement will also provide funding for the acquisition of best tractor
parts
