WHAT: The U.S. Small Business Administration announces a town meeting for homeowners, renters, businesses and non-profit organizations with damages caused by severe storms and flooding on Aug. 5-6 in Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington counties in Tennessee.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 10, 2012
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

WHERE: Unicoi Town Hall

Unicoi, Tennessee 37692

FACTS: Loans with terms up to 30 years:
Up to $200,000 homeowners (real estate damages)
Up to $40, 000 Homeowners and Renters (personal property)
Up to $2 million Businesses and Non-profit Organizations (real estate, machinery, inventory and other assets)

Interest rates are as low as:
1.688 percent for Homeowners and Renters,
3 percent for Non-profit Organizations
4 percent for Businesses

Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA's secure website at Disaster loan information and application forms may also be obtained by calling the SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955.

Mail completed applications to: U.S. SBA, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76155.

Deadline: Physical property damage October 15, 2012 and for financial losses May 16, 2013.
