HEBRON, Ill., Oct. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ITW Medical Products, a division of Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), today announced it has completed the purchase of Coeur Holding Company, a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Coeur is a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures. ITW Medical Products will continue selling both Coeur products and the Filtertek line under their respective brands.
