Pro-Trans Ventures Inc. ("Pro-Trans" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PVI) announces that A. Scott Hamilton has left his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation effective October 9, 2012. Mr. David Criddle, the former Chief Financial Officer of Pro-Trans, has agreed to act as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation until such time as a suitable replacement is recruited.
