If you didn't, you're not alone. But, don't worry. Intel has just scrapped it for a new slogan. Now you're supposed to think "Look inside" whenever you think of Intel. Of course, the new slogan can also be used by car mechanics, '70s self-help movements, and gastroenterologists.
The company threw out "Sponsors of tomorrow" like an old 486 computer because it wasn't considered relevant to the here-and-now. As in, "When will we get around to developing a processor to match our competitors?" "Meh, tomorrow."
"Look inside" also sounds a lot like "Intel inside", the successful slogan the company used from 1991 until a team of well-paid marketing geniuses came up with the forgettable "Sponsors of tomorrow" line in 2009. Going back to a something that worked before someone decided it didn't is as old as New Coke.
