If you are having tech problems, such as failed registrations or logins or even trading issues, PLEASE use ONLY the customercare email address: email@example.com. Just send your problem to them in an email and they will respond as quickly as possible. This is the only way your problems can be addressed and fixed. Again, that address is firstname.lastname@example.org. (it's listed at the bottom of every post on this blog)
But if you want to comment on the contest, or posts in this blog--certainly use email@example.com. I'll be posting some new emails and responses this week. Thanks everyone.
