Scott Martin, Managing Director at Astor Financial joins the conversation. Following are excerpts from what was said.

According to Martin, PowerShares QQQ (QQQQ) still looks good. However, he believes tech will continue to outperform for three reasons: healthy balance sheets, cheap valuations and M&A activity. Specifically he likes Oracle (ORCL) and Yahoo! (YHOO).
