Breaking Up Is Easy To Do

Who says breaking up is hard to do besides Neil Sedaka? IAC/InterActive Corp(IACI) is splitting into 5 separate companies. And Kraft (KFT) may sell its cereal business. What's the trade?

Karen Finerman thinks the sale of Post cereals is good for Kraft. However, she’s skeptical about the IACI break-up. Finerman says there must have been a reason for bringing the 5 companies together. Are they really better off apart?

Jeff Macke likes Kraft on the news. However, he’s also less than enthusiastic about IACI.

Pete Najarian suggests that Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) should break-up and create one company for consumer brands and another for the pharmaceuticals business.
