INSIDE THE FED: The FOMC Minutes will give us a glimpse into the minds behind the Fed at its historic last meeting where they cut interest rates to almost zero.

I think it will be interesting, says Karen Finerman. I want to know if everyone was on board and what they anticipated to make them cut rates to nearly zero.

WELCOME HOME: Well get a reading on the state of housing with the release of pending homes sales.

It appears the housing market is turning faster than expected, muses Guy Adami.

SERVICE ECONOMY: After last week's ISM manufacturing index showed the lowest reading in 28 years, well get a reading on the services side of the economy with the released of the ISM non-manufacturing index.

Don't be surprised to hear a significant number of job losses in the service sector, says Joe Terranova.

BACK ON THE HILL: The 111th Congress officially gets underway Tuesday. First up on the agenda will be putting together an agreement on Obama's proposed stimulus plan so that its ready to sign come Inauguration Day.
