In 1953 this fast-food chain started as a burger and root beer stand in Shawnee, Oklahoma, called the Top Hat drive-in. These days, the chain still offers throwback features with carhops on roller skates carrying food to hungry customers. But these are not 'happy days' for the chain as disappointing sales sent the shares plunging. Who is it?
