Lightning Round: Yahoo!, Boeing and More

Focus Media : Cramer's recommended it in the past, but is very concerned and wouldn't be a buyer, because it's too risky.

Apogee : It worked during the bull market, but unfortunately is not working now, Cramer is not a buyer.

Teva Pharmaceuticals: Cramer won't rave about it, because he's more bullish on Abbot Labs, but would be on the bullish side for Teva.

Daktronics : The big advertiser who also produces the LED screens in the jumbotrons, Cramer says don't buy, and says sell if it hits $10, because of the tough advertising market.

Yahoo! : Cramer is betting with new CEO Carol Bartz and would be a buyer of Yahoo!

Time Warner : Although they're doing all the right things, it doesn't matter. Cramer is bearish on Time Warner because media in general is experiencing a bear market.

Boeing : Cramer doesn't like the landscape for Boeing, and thinks it has the potential to be one of the poorer performers in the Dow.

Zoltek : Cramer says steer clear.

Cramer's charitable trust owns Abbott Labs.
