Noam Scheiber

Noam Scheiber is a senior editor at the New Republic, where he writes about economic policy. He joined the magazine in 2000 and covered the 2008 presidential campaign. Scheiber holds a master's degree in economics from Oxford University, which he attended on a Rhodes Scholarship, and a B.S. in math from Tulane University. In addition to his work at TNR, Scheiber has written for the New York Times, the Washington Post, New York magazine, and Slate. He has appeared on CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, and NPR.
