Pops & Drops: Jabil Circuit, Becton Dickinson...

Following are the day’s biggest winners and losers. Find out why shares of Jabil Circuit and Becton Dickinson popped while the 20 Yr T-Bond ETF and Wynn Resorts dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Jabil Circuit (JBL) popped 14%. The electronics components maker posted its second quarterly profit in a row and also gave an upbeat forecast. - That's a big pop, says Pete Najarian.

Becton Dickinson (BDX) popped 3%. S&P cited the company as one of the best in the space. - I like this stock, reveals Karen Finerman.

Steak N Shake (SNS) popped 12%. The restaurant chain said it will buy back shares. - It looks like the stock wants to go even higher, speculates Joe Terranova.

Stimulus Boxers. Two former Wall Streeters and now Connecticut moms have set out to turn the tumultuous times of the last year into some green during Christmas. The web site tufitout.com features humorous clothing related to the crisis such as boxers with "stimulus package" printed on them.

TD Ameritrade (AMTD) popped 4%. KBW upgraded the broker to ‘outperform’ from ‘market perform.’ - They have a $25 price target, adds Pete Najarian.

AIG (AIG) popped 11%. The insurer said it halted plants to IPO its Chartis property unit as CEO Benmosche says the business is a core asset.

Southwest Airlines (LUV) popped 1%. This was among many pops in the sector after UBS raised its forecast for airlines in 2010.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

20 Yr T-Bond ETG (TLT) dropped 1%. The ETF that tracks longer term bonds fell as yields rose. - If you think inflation is coming, then play it short, explains Karen Finerman.

Wynn Resorts (WYNN) dropped 3%. A report in the New York Post suggested the company planned to spend $100 million on a new entertainment complex in Las Vegas.
