Financial Failure Raises Doubts About Rally

When it comes to short term action, one group that is falling flat is the financials? How come bank stocks are duds while much of the market pops?

Seems like a good time to check the charts.

T3 technical analyst Scott Redler tells the desk he’s watching the action in Goldman Sachs as a key ‘tell.’

Right now the stock is is tinkering with resistance at $154. But if shares can pop above that and hold, Redler thinks the banking sector would get a lift and carry the market higher.
