JP MORGAN Financial services firm named Edouard Debost as a managing director of its private client advisory business in France. Debost, who will be based in Paris, was earlier working with Hawkpoint Partners. AVIVA INVESTORS Global asset management firm named Shamik Dhar as senior economist in its investment strategy team. Dhar was earlier with Fathom Financial Consulting. COBA ASSET MANAGEMENT Property wealth manager named Mickola Wilson as executive member of its board and management team. Earlier, Wilson worked with European fund and asset management company Teesland as chief executive. HDG MANSUR INVESTMENT SERVICES Real estate management firm named Thomas Storgaard as acquisitions professional. Storgaard, who will be based in London, was earlier with Mansford Holdings. WESLEYAN ASSURANCE SOCIETY Financial services society named Bryan Jackson as chairman. Jackson was earlier chairman of East Midlands Development Agency. DTZ Real estate adviser named Menno Maas as chief executive for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa. Maas, who will be based in Netherlands, was earlier CEO of ING Real Estate Development. UBS INVESTMENT BANK Financial services firm named Robert Barnes as chief executive of its new multilateral trading facility (MTF). Barnes was earlier working as head of market structures in the firm. 3I GROUP Private-equity firm named Adrian Montague as chairman, effective at conclusion of its AGM in July. Montague joins from Michael Page International and has previously worked with British Energy Group. CONDUIT CAPITAL MARKETS The derivatives and securities dealer named Bruce Carnegie-Brown as non-executive chairman, effective May 10. Carnegie-Brown joins from the 3i Group, and has previously worked with JP Morgan.
