NEW YORK, May 10 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Monday: BOEING CO, $70.54, up 5.7 pct Goldman Sachs upgraded the Dow component to "buy" from "neutral" and added the stock to its Americas Conviction List, citing its exposure to most of the global themes that are driving outperformance in stocks. GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC, $143.69, up 0.5 pct The financial services company, which is facing fraud charges from U.S.

securities regulators, warned that more litigation and investigations might be in the offing. MCDONALD'S CORP, $70.60, up 3.8 pct The Dow component reported a 4.9 percent rise in April sales at established restaurants on strength in the United States and Europe, its largest markets, slowed from March. SUNTECH POWER HOLDINGS CO, $11.53, up 9.8 pct The company said its first-quarter revenue would beat expectations. QUICKSILVER RESOURCES INC, $12.43, up 1.4 pct The company reported better-than-expected first-quarter earnings. TYSON FOODS INC, $18.18, down 2.4 pct The company swung to a second-quarter profit on a smaller supply for meat prices. DEAN FOODS CO, $10.89, down 26 pct The company reported an unexpectedly sharp drop in first-quarter earnings and withdrew its full-year profit outlook. YAHOO INC, $16.20, up 6 pct Susquehanna Financial upgraded the stock to "positive," saying the Internet company has limited exposure to Europe or the euro. SONY CORP, $34.18, up 3.9 pct (U.S.-listed shares) The company said it is likely to swing to an annual profit for the financial year ended March 31 and beat forecasts, instead of an estimated loss, showing its rigorous cost reductions are paying off. JOHNSON & JOHNSON, $64.01, up 1.1 pct Barron's wrote that the Dow component's stock may come under pressure in the short term following the recent recall of its pediatric Tylenol and other products, but its long-term prospects remain "sound." WATSON PHARMACEUTICALS INC, $41.43, down 1.3 pct The company reported adjusted first-quarter earnings that beat expectations and gave a full-year profit view.
