Pops & Drops: Nike, Alcoa...

Following are moves you might have missed this week. Find out why shares of Nike and Alcoa popped while Adobe dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Nike (NKE) popped 4% this week. The athletic apparel maker reported stronger than expected orders and quarterly profit as consumer demand remained resilient in its key markets. - I'd take profits, says Guy Adami.

Alcoa (AA) popped 10% this week. Resource names rallied broadly after the Commerce Department reported that orders for durable goods (excluding transportation) rose last month at their fastest pace in five months. The increase was double what economists polled by Thomson Reuters had expected. - I wouldn't buy at these levels, says Steve Grasso.

Google (GOOG) popped 7% this week. RBC raised its price target on the stock to $600 saying paid search growth in continental Europe is up low-to-mid single digits quarter-over-quarter, while UK is flat quarter-over-quarter (together about 35 percent of Google gross revenue)." - It's too cheap, says Karen Finerman.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

Adobe Systems (ADBE) dropped 4% this week. Shares dropped as much as 20% this week before paring losses largely because the company's revenue projections were below analyst forecasts.
