With the options market expecting about a 12% move in either direction in the wake of earnings, Mike Khouw of Cantor Fitzgerald is looking at a November 42 calendar spread.
I’d “sell the Nov 42 puts @ 1.50,” he says and buy the Jan 42 puts pay 2.80.
