India HPCL to finish Bathinda plant expansion by May 2011

NEW DELHI, Nov 12 (Reuters) - India's state-run refiner and oil marketing firm Hindustan Petroleum Corp said in a statement on Friday it expects to complete its Bathinda refinery expansion by May 2011. HPCL currently operates a 130,000 barrels per day refinery at Mumbai in Western India and a 166,000-bpd facility at Vizag in southern India.
