SEOUL, Dec 15 (Reuters) - A legal advisor on the sale of Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co Ltd has said documentation submitted by Hyundai Group to support its bid was "insufficient", a major creditor of Hyundai E&C said on Wednesday. The Korea Exchange Bank and other major shareholders of Hyundai E&C would decide by Dec. 22 on how to proceed on the deal with preferred bidder Hyundai Group, a KEB spokesman said.
