America "is a good place to be investing, it's a good place to be stock-picking," said Patrick Wolff, founder of Grandmaster Capital Management.
Wolff, named one of Institutional Investor's "Rising Hedge Fund Stars," offered his outlook to CNBC.
"We have our share of problems — but many of them are priced in already," Wolff declared.
