KINNUCAN, AS YOU MIGHT RECALL, WAS ONE OF THE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAS BEEN INDICTED IN THIS WIDE-RANGING PROBE OF INSIDER TRADING, RELATED TO TIPS BEING PASSED FROM EXPERT NETWORKS TO HEDGE FUNDS. NOW, KINNUCAN IS EXPECTED TO PLEAD GUILTY TO CHARGES RELATED TO INSIDER TRADING. HE WAS INDICTED EARLIER THIS YEAR ON PASSING TIPS TO HEDGE FUNDS. AND ALSO, HE ALLEGEDLY HAS BEEN SENDING SOME THREATENING E-MAILS TO SOME LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS INVOLVED IN THIS CASE. HE HAS BEEN INCARCERATED SINCE HE WAS, AGAIN, INDICTED EARLIER THIS YEAR.
