Senate May Vote on Payroll Tax Cut

Rep. Richard Hanna, U.S. House of Representatives, told CNBC, "I am personally in favour of it (the payroll tax cut) I think it makes sense, it puts money in the right place which is the middle class and we all know those are the people who need it and who spend it, so I think it is an appropriate way to energise the economy for the moment."
