Weidmann: Withdrawal Strategy Needed for ECB Liquidity Scheme

Jens Weidmann, president of the Bundesbank, told CNBC, "I highlighted that the crisis measures by the monetary policy were necessary to calm the financial turmoil that we have seen, and that it was within the realm of monetary policy but I also said that these measures come with certain risks and side effects and that we have to discuss these within the governing council."
