Jim O'Neill Sees the Glass 'More Half Full Than Empty'

Jim O'Neill, chairman at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, told CNBC, "the global equity risk premium has slowly risen higher and higher over the past decade and it looks very attractive from both sides in my opinion but the market is so obsessed with the Western challenges so far that they have not priced in the realities of modern world growth."
