Heineken Sees Flat 2012 Earnings After H1 Decline

Jean-Francois van Boxmeer, CEO of Heineken, told CNBC, he wants to complete the APB deal before the 15thof December and the strategy is to pick up markets which are underdeveloped in the premium end where Heineken can grow disproportionately.
