China to Get Hotter in Q4: Pro

Rob Subbaraman, chief Asia Economist at Nomura, tells CNBC, China¿s economy bottomed in Q3 but quarter four will surprise the market on the upside and it will move into the hotter side as monthly data continues to improve.
