Did the Spanish Govt Pass the Regional Election Test?

Philippe Gudin, head of euro area economics at Barclays, tells CNBC that Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy may have passed the election test in the small region of Galicia but it shouldn't be taken as support for his policies in general.
