El-Erian's 'End in Tears' Warning to Markets

Pimco's Mohamed El-Erian tells CNBC's Rick Santelli that he thinks the market doesn't fully understand there's a good chance the Federal Reserve's "experimental" economic stimulus could "end in tears."
