Dan Drake, one of the cooks at the Courtesy Diner in St. Louis has developed a reputation as a pancake artiste. "When I come in I order a pancake and I say I want a Dan pancake," says Stephanie Salyers, a customer and Dan Fan. And he rarely disappoints.
