Did Snapchat ignore hack warning?

CNBC's Jon Fortt reports on the cyber hacking at Snapchat, where 4.6 million usernames and phone numbers were leaked. Fortt says the photo messaging app was alerted of code issues in August of 2013, but didn't act on them.
