Chmn. Camp: Banks will do better under new tax proposal

Rep. Dave Camp, (R-MI) Ways and Means Committee chairman, revealed a new tax reform that offers a dramatically simpler tax system. Camp's plan would be the first major overhaul of tax rules since 1986 and would create new individual and corporate rate structure.
