Sec. Kerry meets with al-Maliki

NBC's Ayman Mohyeldin reports Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Iraq and has met with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. Mohyeldin says ISIS fighters have taken control of the border between Syria and Iraq.
