Col. Jacobs: Think Putin 'drifting equipment' to rebels

The Russians have sent aid convoy to Ukraine, and customs and border officials are inspecting the trucks. Retired U.S. Army Colonel Jack Jacobs, thinks Russian President Vladimir Putin will be able to "drift some equipment into the Ukrainian rebels."
