Russia and Ukraine leaders hold rare talks

Donald Jensen, Johns Hopkins University, says there is slim hope Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will make progress when they meet in Minsk, Belarus on Tuesday to talk about the deteriorating situation in Eastern Ukraine.
