President Obama to UN: I will never hesitate to use force

President Obama addresses the 70th annual United Nations General Assembly debate, on America's role in the world, saying "I lead the strongest military that the world has ever known. And I will never hesitate to protect my country or our allies—unilaterally and by force—when necessary."
