APCAC: 'Everything is lined up to get a TPP deal done'

Steven Okun, vice-chair of the Asia Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC), is optimistic that ministers gathering in Atlanta this week will conclude the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade talks.
