Sen. Klobuchar: CMS found Mylan misclassified EpiPen

CNBC's Meg Tirrell reports the latest on Mylan and their response to a letter from U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) saying Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has “found that Mylan misclassified the EpiPen” as a “non-innovator” drug.
