Training apprentices for more than just a job

Huntington Ingalls is investing in new hires with its apprenticeship programs to help them prepare for a lifetime career. Jeffery Cofer is one of the apprentices accepted into the company's pipefitter apprentice program after having served with the National Guard in Iraq in 2011.
