How a nursing shortage is impacting hospitals

CNBC's Kate Rogers visits Navicent Health, the second largest hospital in the state of Georgia, and is short more than 150 nurses. To attract and retain talent, the hospital offers a nurse extern program, a residency program with additional training and tuition reimbursement to become a nurse.
