Business Roundtable Pres. Josh Bolten on tax reform chances

The Business Roundtable's Josh Bolten, one of Washington's most experience Republican operatives, tells CNBC's John Harwood that growth-increasing corporate tax reform can still happen this year. But he says it can't explode the deficit as does Trump's plan, says personal tax cuts (top rate, estates, cap gains) don't matter much, and says WH has to erase the cascade of distractions for it to work.
