President Trump announces plans to dramatically reduce two national monuments in Utah

President Trump announced plans to dramatically reduce two national monuments in Utah. Grand Staircase-Escalante was created by President Clinton in 1996. The federally protected area will go from about 1.9 million acres to just over a million. Bears Ears, created by President Obama in 2016 will be cut from 1.3 million to just over 200,000 acres. President Trump called it an important move for states rights and the people of Utah. As Kayla Tausche reports, the move has created a battle between businesses.
