Walmart unveiled a new perk for employees - college tuition

To make this possible, Walmart is partnering with Guild Education. Employees must contribute $1 per day to their tuition and study either business or supply chain management, at one of three institutions. The news comes as the U.S. labor market has been tightening, and Walmart has been sweetening its benefits to retain talent.
