Mercedes-Benz parent issues weak 2018 guidance partially due to China import tariffs

CNBC's Phil LeBeau reports on Mercedes-Benz parent company Daimler issuing weak 2018 earnings guidance for the company overall and specifically for Mercedes Benz vehicles, in part due to increased import tariffs for U.S. vehicles in China.
