Elon Musk's Boring Company proposes building a tunnel to Dodger Stadium

Elon Musk's Boring Company has proposed an approximately 3.6-mile underground tunnel to Dodger Stadium called the Dugout Loop. It would be a high-speed, zero-emissions, underground public transportation system. The construction of the project would last 14 months, says Musk.
