Judge delays opening statements in Paul Manafort's next trial

Opening statements in the second trial of ex-Trump campaign chief Paul Manafort will begin Sept. 24, Judge Amy Berman Jackson says. Manafort was actually in negotiations for a plea deal to avoid this second trial, but they fell through.
