FBI app’s vague policy: ‘monitoring…will be conducted’

The FBI released a Physical Fitness Test app in July, encouraging users to train like an FBI field agent. The privacy policy that applies to the app says users "are subject to having all of their activities monitored and recorded." The FBI says it doesn't collect personal data from the app, but experts say the policy is confusing.
