The Chinese government deficit will increase in 2019: EIU

Simon Baptist of The Economist Intelligence Unit expects the Chinese government deficit to increase from 3.5 percent of GDP in 2018 to 4.5 percent in 2019 as Beijing tries to prop up the economy to contain financial risks.
