Malaysia is on track to achieving its fiscal targets: Finance minister

Nomura said in a report that Malaysia's 2018 fiscal deficit would move to 3.9 percent of the country's GDP. Malaysian Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng says this is "not true," and that the numbers are "well within" its 3.7 percent target.
